About us
Eddie's Grill was born out of a love for food, people, and community. We bring fresh, homemade, and tasty food to our breakfast, lunch, and dinner menus every day.
Eddie's Grill is a family-style American restaurant started in 2014 by three brothers, Eduardo, Juan Carlos, and Jose Villa, in Santa Barbara County, and was named after Eduardo (Eddie).Jose's dream of bringing Eddie's Grill to Yuma, Arizona, became a reality with the help and dedication of family and staff, and support from the SBDC. It has now become the local name it is today.
In 2018, Eddie's Grill was the Success Award winner in Yuma from the Small Business Development Center and continues its success by serving the community. Owner, Jose Villa, said, "We are very happy with the support that the community has given us." Without the community's support, nothing happens. Their support means everything. We believe the key to our success has been our willingness to adapt to changes. We have created our menu and hours according to customer demand. Our goal is to serve homemade dishes in a timely manner that our customers will love. Everything is fresh and homemade, not precooked or prepackaged. It is a lot of work, but the customers like it. It's good quality and tasty to the last bite!"
Eddie's Grill offers the standard dishes served at a grill, such as charbroiled burgers and sandwiches, but goes beyond by offering salads, homemade soups, and dinner entrees such as savory steak and fish dinner dishes and favorites like shrimp fettuccine Alfredo. We also offer a variety of desserts, and our shakes are made with real fruit and ice cream! Our family and staff work hard every day of the week to make it happen, and we thank our local community for their years of support.
Eddie's Grill continues to grow and now has 5 locations, including Yuma, Arizon,a with Lompoc, Buellton, San Luis Obispo, and Ventura in California.
